I picked the hotel because it was off the Via Veneto (where we normally stay) and it was affordable. I was surprised to see that the hotel was in a familiar location. We had walked by there many times. The hotel is in a non-descript "alley" of a street, but you have two major streets at either end with plenty of restaurants and shops, banks and a pharmacy. There is even a Convenience Shop on the corner. You are walking distance to the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain, plus you are near a taxi stand by the Piazza Barberini. The hotel itself is a hidden gem. It is has a quaint, comfortable feel. The rooms are a good size (for a European twin), very well lit, with a very nice bathroom . We were there during the unbearable heat wave but always came back to very well air-conditioned room. Plus the staff was always pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was included in the room rate and we were able to use it a couple of days. There is a good selection of breads, cold cuts, cheeses and even scrambled eggs. We will definitely stay there again!

Excellent location. Walking distance to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, good dining restaurants, and shopping. Also, a short walk to the park worth visiting that has a zoo and art gallery (tickets must be purchased in advance). A further Walk but doable to the colloseum. Clean and beautiful small hotel. Breakfast was included in the mornings with adequate variety of foods. Restaurant with bar on premises for dinner ...of course not included. Small marts within Walking distance. Our room was clean and roomy. We had a sitting area off of the bedroom and private bathroom. Bathroom was updated and roomy. Shower was great with hot water. They provided shampoo and body wash mounted on the shower wall. Room was tastefully decorated in warm woods. Full length mirror and safe.

My wife and I visited with a friend for two nights after a Med cruise. We took the train from the airport which is a quick 30 journey to Termini Station. The hotel is located near the Metro, great restaurants and 10 min stroll from Trevi Fountain. The house restaurant is very good and breakfast is excellent. The walk from the Barberini Metro stop is easy and quick even with two rolling suitcases per person. I will return to this location again. Photos show breakfast and a view from room 108 and the street in front of the hotel. The other two images show two dining locations the next street over.

Wonderful experience for seven nights. Professional and enjoyable staff. Early check in allowed. Standard size room with comfy beds and great pillows. Towel warmers a plus on these cold days. Perfect location near train, buses, and taxis. Nearby food and drink. Lots of shopping. Standard breakfast included excellent crema croissants. Proper coffee. Offered us a complementary cocktail on our birthday. Would stay were again.

The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the metro station, bus stations and to the city center in a walking distance to all the main highlights. Also many shops & restaurant options around. The breakfast was good to start off your day. And the staff was very nice, we could leave our luggage there on the last day until we wondered around before our flight back.
